Carol Paris has been in residential real estate sales and relocation for over 25 successful years and is credited with over 285 million dollars in home sales. She has owned property in Hawaii since 1968. Carol has earned the prestigious Property Specialist Designation which is only awarded to those who have a successful record in selling luxury properties and have completed a rigorous certification course. To date, only five percent of more than 90,000 Sales Associates have been awarded this prestigious designation. Carol has earned many designations which attests to her passion and commitment to being the best in her field.

Carol started in real estate in the Virginia/Washington, D.C. area. For thirteen years, Carol operated her own full service real estate company, Carol Paris Brown, Inc. She specialized in relocation and was considered a pioneer in her field; in fact, she relocated numerous employees of large companies such as, Gannett Publishing (USA Today) and Mobil Oil. Carol has been guest speaker at numerous real estate conventions imparting her expertise to other real estate agents in various areas of the industry.

Carol has served as a Governor of the National Association of Realtors Residential Sales Council and some of her many real estate achievements include Certified Residential Specialist of the Year - Virginia 1989 & 1990; and 1994 Realtor of the Year - Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, just to name a few.

Carol has since relocated to Hawaii and brings her many years of real estate knowledge. She has sold homes in Diamond Head, Kahala, Waialae Iki, Waikiki, Manoa, Makiki, Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe, and Kailua as well as the communities of Makakilo, Ewa Beach, Kapolei and more. Carol has served members of all the military branches so she is familiar with the various communities surrounding military installations. When Carol has spare time she enjoys traveling, dancing, music, dining, scuba diving and golf. Carol has 3 grown sons.
